DISOP Philippines expands its resource base by undertaking various co-financing arrangements with the Belgian government, Belgian donors and friends, and with international funding agencies like the European Union, SELAVIP and recently with Heifer International.

Its program and projects in the Philippines are implemented based on three (3) key result areas, namely; I. Entrepreneurship program; II. Organizational Strengthening program; and III. Environmental Protection and Conservation.

DISOP Philippines experience in the last 16 years proved its fool-proof fund management technology, which includes criteria/guidelines formulation, forward mechanism, project concept/proposal appraisal, development using the logical framework tool, monitoring and evaluation systems, and participatory impact assessment.
